Is delivery possible?For domestic orders, we deliver ourselves at favorable prices. You can safely make the delivery yourself. For shipments abroad, we cooperate with logistics partners.

How long does it take to complete individual orders?For hottubs from 2 to 5 days. For saunas from 2 to 4 weeks. Depends on the workload and the complexity of the order. Need urgently? Contact us.

Do we make hot tubs & saunas on a trailer for rent?We also offer installation of our products on a trailer according to your wishes. Various versions, additional LED lighting, platforms. Thoughtful solutions for convenient transportation.

How long do wooden elements last, do they require maintenance?Our pine/fir finish wood lasts 10+ years, thermal wood 2-3 times longer. We recommend renewing the color after about 4 years by applying one new layer. The product is treated with premium Remmers HK-Lasur paint, guaranteeing a long service life. It is possible to paint with the color you want, also from another manufacturer, in order to fit the environment of your backyard as much as possible.

Will the glass elements in the sauna break?In sauna construction, we use 8mm ESG tempered glass, or glass packages with a frame, which guarantees their eternal service, mainly due to the stability of thermal wood and minimal changes in dimensions, we can give a guarantee on all glass elements.
